Stability :

703 teu of 14 mts homogeniously loaded in holds and on deck with center of gravity 40 percent of cont.height.

Fittings on deck:

Containers on deck to be secured by a lashing system of twistlocks, Bridge fitting, turn buckles and lashing rods. Loose lashing equipment designed for lashing of both 8'6 and 9'6 high containers. Arrangement on deck based on 20' and 40' modules with possibility of stowing 45' containers in the 40'/45' modules. with semi automatic twist locks for usa new regulations.


Fittings in hold:

All cargo holds fitted with a fixed cell guide system for 40' and in hold no. 5 for 45' containers. Carrying of 40' containers in 45' span in hold no 5 by means of loose lashing equipment in the forward end. Carrying of 20' containers by means of loose lashing equipment in the middle of 40'/45' span.

Reefer containers:

240 x 32 amp. reefer sockets are installed with 184 sockets on deck and 56 sockets in holds. The vessel is equipped with an intergrated alarm, monitoring and control system (bridge monitoring) for reefer containers. The alarm system is hardwired for alarm/monitoring of:
- power supply failure
- phase failure
for a total of 26 reefer plug socket switch boards containing 240 plugs.

Main Engine:

MITSUI MAN B & W 6 L 60 MC
The engine is a two-stroke, single acting, non-reversible crosshead type marine diesel engine with constant pressure turbocharging, counterlockwise rotation, direct injection, air starting and equipped for operation with heavy fuel oil viscosity 380cst at 50 degr.c.

Thruster:

One bow thruster and one stern thruster of 1.088 bhp (800 kw) each with 4 controllable pitch blades. The thrusters are connected to a joystick system.

Shaft Generator :

1800 kW, AVK DSG 86/L1-4

Diesel Generators:

Two HYUNDAI-MAN B&W DIESEL 5L28/32H, 1000 kW, 60hz, 450v, 720 rpm each, use IFO 380 cst. One emergency generator – Caterpillar 3406b, 300 kW, 60HZ, 1800 rpm.

Cargo Cranes:

Two off 360'operating, Hagglund el-hydraulic cargo cranes placed on port side, safe working bad is 30 t at 31,5 m when inclined 15 degree.

Hatch Covers:

Hatch covers for all 7 cargo holds are pontoon covers open type with lifting devices designed for both 40 ft and 20ft spreaders. Each hold arranged longitudinal module for one 40ft container except hold no 5, which is arranged in longitudinal module for one 45ft container. All holds are covered by three pontoon covers divided longitudinally. All covers can be opened non sequent.

CO2 System:

Co2 fire extinguishing system is arranged for the whole engine room and all cargo holds. Smoke detectors in cargo holds according to the rules for carriage of IMO Cargoes

Cargo hold ventilation:

The three forward cargo hold ventilators are based on 6 air changes empty holds. The four aft cargo holds are ventilated by min. 4000 m3 per reefer container in hold no 5 and no 6.

Speed and consumption :

The continuous service speed is abt. 18 knots at draft 7.80 m and 85 percent mcr consumption of abt. 40 mts ifo 380
