When reefer units connected additional consumption of 0.5 mts MDO per each 10 reefer TEU.

Notwithstanding that the vessel is described as using fuel oil only, Owners will deliver with and maintain a limited quantity of diesel oil to be used for entering/leaving ports/approaches resp. trading in confined waters.

HFO if 380 cst to comply with ISO standard 8217/1996 (E) RMG 35 max. kinematic viscosity at 50 degree centigrade. Charterers warrant that the product will not contain any marine or automotive lubricants (new or waste) or any substance or chemical waste which is either jeopardising the safety of the ship or adversely affecting the performance of the machinery. Ignition quality not to exceed CCAI value of 850.

MDO for auxiliaries to comply with requirements for destllate fuels for diesel engines ISO 8217 - dmb (1996).

Owners will take samples of all fuel taken and will deliver same to Laboratory for a joint fuel analysis in accordance with Owners existing contract. Owners will furnish Charterers with a copy of analysis result. The cost for such service to be equally shared between Owners and Charterers.

Figures of speed and consumption are 'about' and subject to good weather conditions, windforce not exceeding bft 2, seawater temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius and no negative influence by swell, sea state, currents a/o tidal streams and subject to even keel and clean bottom.

Port Consumptions:

MDO 2.5 mts / day plus some HFO if up to 380 cst for boiler heating always plus 0.5 mts MDO per day per each 10 reefer units maintained in port.

Bowthruster:

Bowthruster 590 kW to be placed at Charterer's disposal. Owners not to be responsible for additional expenses in case of malfunction.

Shaft generator:

1 x 1,250 kva

Fittings:

Panama and Suez Canal, USCG and Australian AWWF regulations observed

IMDG cargo:

The vessel is suitable and fully fitted for the carriage of dangerous cargo in containers according to SOLAS II-2, Reg. 54.3.

All IMDG cargoes to be loaded and stowed always in accordance with vessel's Certificate of Compliance for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and to be shipped in strict conformity with IMDG-Code, relevant Government and local regulations.

The following cargoes always to be excluded: hydrogen, hydrogen mixtures, acetylene, ethyl nitrite/nitrate, carbon disulphide, calcium hypochloride.

Special features:

All holds are CO² fitted and are electrically ventilated 6 air changes per hour in holds 1+2+4/12 air changes per hour in hold 3, all basis empty holds. Hold 1 is fitted with sprinkling water sytem.
